How do I sign up for a DODD waiver or see if I qualify?

 

You can begin the process by contacting your local County Board of Developmental Disabilities or visiting the DODD website.

Steps typically include:

  • Completing an intake evaluation

  • Being assigned a Service and Support Administrator (SSA)

  • Determining waiver eligibility and service needs​
