A Real Home. A Real Family. Real Support.

What is Shared Living?
Shared Living is a home-based support model where an individual with developmental disabilities lives with a dedicated caregiver or family member who provides daily support — with at least 20% of the person's care needs met by that caregiver. It's stability, belonging, and care woven into everyday family life, backed by the Frontline Healthcare team.

Who Qualifies for Shared Living?
Shared Living may be a great fit if the individual:
-
Is an adult with a developmental disability on the Individual Options (IO) waiver
-
Wants a family-style home life with daily, built-in support
-
Has — or is looking for — a caregiver or family member ready to share their home
